1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns for items in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund request.

2. Refund Timeline

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an extra 3–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that custom-made or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds. These exclusions will always be clearly stated during checkout.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at support@feqjaafar.com, including clear photos or videos of the issue. Our team will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds
