Processing Time

We typically process orders within 1 business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fee

• Standard transit: 2–5 business days
• Flat rate shipping: $6.99 per order
• Carriers: Most packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Tracking

Once your order has left our facility, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow the package until delivery.

Delays & Exceptions

We strive to meet estimated delivery times, but occasional delays may occur due to severe weather, peak season volumes, carrier service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you experience an unusual delay, please contact us and we’ll investigate promptly.
